    ACTEA ATC 1 operator console designed for 24/7 critical environments.

    Dimensions: 1.800 x 1.1750 x 750H mm.

    The dimensions and equipment shown is just an example, being fully customizable according to customer needs.

    The structural assembly is modular and adaptable, and permit guarantee the existence of a wide range of solutions to meet different needs, such as individual consoles, linear configurations formed by several modules and individual modules with the Sit&Stand system. In this way, possible future adaptations of the furniture are guaranteed according to the evolution of the needs of the Control Room.

    Specification
    • The Technical furniture for the Control Center will be from the ACTEA series of the GESAB brand. It must be specifically designed for 24/7 critical environments, with high ergonomic and durability requirements. It must allow easy maintenance and cabling managements avoiding interference the normal operation of the workstation.

      The structure will consist of an enclosed equipment compartment at the bottom and a closed area at the top for the installation of ergonomic display systems.

      The work surface will be made of compact phenolic resin. The operator must have a personal connectivity area on the work surface, with a configurable space for power, data and other connectors, accessible through a pivoting cover.

      For the installation of the monitors, a fixing system for articulated arms shall be included to allow the free positioning of the arm.

      TECHNICAL ASPECTS

      TECHNICAL CABINET:

      The structure will be arranged by modular platform Unlimited Frame, which allows the design of different console models (for adaptation of 3 different systems of screens) as well as 3 standard measures of technical compartment (S, M, L) and a range of lengths from 1400 -2800mm as standard.

      WIRAIL:

      All consoles will integrate a monitor management system fully integrated into the console structure.

      PERSONALHUB:

      The consoles will integrate a joining profile between the work surface and the upper area. Extruded aluminum profile of minimum thickness of 2.5mm, serves as an union and transition zone between the 2 work planes. The PersonalHub profile will serve as a multipurpose integration zone for accessories, connectivity and secondary cable steps.

      WORK SURFACE:

      The work surface will be made of Phenolic Compact HPL with a thickness of 18mm. With a black core of compact fibers linked with water-repellent resins and a high resistance multilayer outer laminate. All work surfaces will include a configurable personal connection area, with a flush lid with the surface and a fall restraint system.

      All work surfaces shall integrate a LED safety system in the corners to ensure safety in the control rooms.

      QUALITY AND WARRANTY

      Both national (EU) design and manufacture must be guaranteed. With leading suppliers in each sector to guarantee the highest quality standards and an exhaustive internal control throughout the process from design to assembly.

      CERTIFICATES OF EXCELLENCE

      ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001

      The company manufacturing the product must be certified by an accredited body in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in order to guarantee the highest standards in quality, environmental management and health and safety.

      The warranty period of the products shall be extended for a period of at least TEN YEARS against manufacturing defects, except for accessories, components and mechanical, electrical and electronic elements that the system or product incorporates, whose warranty period shall be at least two years.

      HEALTH AND ERGONOMICS

      The console must be certified in the UNE-EN 527 standard by an accredited external company.

      A certificate shall be submitted with the project documentation.

      It shall also comply with the guidelines of UNE-EN ISO 11064: ERGONOMIC DESIGN OF CONTROL CENTRES.

      SOFTWARE AND FORMATS

      The furniture must have 3D families in REVIT (.rfa) and 3D STUDIO MAX (.fbx and .max)

      formats, for its integration in the technical documentation of the Project.

      SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

      The ability to repair and replace any part, as well as quality and durability are effective ecodesign strategies. In addition, the use of materials with a high capacity for recyclability and the manufacture with materials with a high % of already recycled material (pre-consumption) makes our consoles a product with a low environmental impact. Repairability and replacement of all console components throughout the life of the product must be ensured.

      The manufacturer shall certify 80% already recycled aluminium in all extruded and cast aluminium parts and 70% in steel parts.

      The GREENGUARD UL 2818-2013

      Standard for Building Materials, Finishes and Furnishings certificate will be presented.

      This certificate ensures that the products used in the manufacture of the console meet strict emission limits for particulate matter and chemicals harmful to the human body, helping to reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure, while contributing to healthier indoor environments
