Specification
  • The technical furniture for meeting rooms and collaborative environments will be from the MEET range of the GESAB brand. It must be specifically designed for 24/7 critical environments, with high ergonomic and durability requirements. It must allow easy maintenance and cable management.

    The AV cabinet will consist of a technical compartment to install computer and audiovisual equipment, display screens and other common accessories such as a camera and sound bar with the aim of offering a more complete solution in meeting rooms.

    The structure must be made up of sides that will facilitate cable management, a central compartment that will allow the accessories to be integrated inside, and an upper surface with different finishing options.

    TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

    SIDES: Made up of 3mm thick aluminum profiles, thanks to the modular design, they will allow the design of different widths of the structure while maintaining the characteristic design.

    The sides will include 2 trays for cable organization.

    Access to the interior of the technical area will be through a vertical tilting door with a folding compass opening system. The door will have a 2nd pivot system that allows the door to be rotated to put it in a horizontal position, leaving the entire access front free.

    CENTRAL COMPARTMENT: it will allow the integration and adjustment, both in height and depth, of a wide variety of specific accessories inside, whether they are fixed trays, removable trays or specific accessories for the installation of computer or communication equipment in 19” format.

    The rear cover of the central compartment will incorporate some passive ventilation slots that allow the evacuation of hot air.

    UPPER SURFACE: The standard finish of the upper surface will be made of HPL (High Pressure laminate) with a thickness of 8.5mm. With a black core of compact fibers bound with water-repellent resins and a high-resistance multilayer outer laminate. The surface will guarantee high stability, impact resistance, scratch resistance, water resistance and flame retardance.

    SOFTWARE AND FORMATS

    Furniture must have 3D families in REVIT (.rfa) and 3D STUDIO MAX (.fbx and .max) formats, for its integration in the technical documentation of the project.

    SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

    The ability to repair and replace any part, as well as quality and durability are effective ecodesign strategies. In addition, the use of materials with a high recyclability capacity and manufacturing with materials with a high % of recycled material (pre-consumer) make our consoles a product with a low environmental impact. The repairability and replacement of all console components must be guaranteed throughout the useful life of the product.

    The manufacturer must certify 80% already recycled aluminum in all extruded and cast aluminum parts and 70% in steel parts.

    GREENGUARD UL 2818-2013

    This certificate guarantees that the products used in the manufacture of the console meet strict limits for emissions of particles and chemicals harmful to the human body, which helps reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of exposure to chemical substances, while which contributes to the creation of healthier indoor environments.
