Renderoc TS-IC - Repair mortar (R4)

Renderoc TS-IC is a thixotropic cementitious repair mortar, sulphate resistant. It is specially indicated for applications in coastal zones, seaports and surroundings with grounds that contain sulphated waters.

Class R4 mortar in accordance with EN1504-3. It is included in the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD): Global EPD 006-024.

Renderoc TS-IC is supplied as a ready to use blend of grey dry powders requiring only the site addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, high strength repair mortar. The material is polymer modified that contains special cements selected, fibre reinforced and chemical additives that provide a thixotropic mortar of high resistance.

Specification

The repair mortar shall be Renderoc TS-IC, a one component cementitious mortar conforming to the requirements of EN1504-3 Class R4. It´s suitable for thicknesses: vertical 7-60 mm and horizontal 7-40 mm.
The mortar shall exhibit a 7 day compressive strength not less than 43 MPa and a 28 day compressive strength of 70 MPa (at 20ºC). The product shall be mixed and placed in accordance with the manufacturer´s written instructions to a correctly prepared substrate.
