Dekguard WF10 - Protective coating -antichloride and anticarbonation

Dekguard WF10 is a flexible protection based on an acrylic dispersion with capacity to accommodate cracks. It is suitable for effective protection of concrete structures exposed to weather, attack by acid gases, chloride ions, oxygen and water. It is a protective and decorative coating designed to protect structures, both new and old, concrete or mortar.

Specification

The protective coating shall comprise Dekguard WF10, a single component aliphatic acrylic coating conforming to the requirements of EN1504-2.
The total dry film thickness of the coating shall be not less than 0,5 mm and shall be capable of providing carbon dioxide diffusion resistance equivalent to not less than 100 metres of air. It must exhibit a Class 1 water vapour transmission rate and a liquid water transmission rate of <0,1 kg/(m2h0,5).
The product application shall be in accordance with the manufacturer´s written instructions to a correctly prepared substrate.
