The alluring appearance of Rustic Barnwood Flooring isn’t easy to replicate. Our process in the production of this flooring makes the difference. We start with rustic circle sawn Wisconsin White Pine or Red Oak. We then process the boards, including kiln drying. We kiln dry to both, provide stability and to kill all of the bugs, mold, and bacteria that is often present. We then mold each board into a standard flooring profile with a T&G edge and a fluted back. The board is then pre-sanded prior to being sent to your jobsite. We recommend an oil finish for both appearance and longevity. We have teamed up with world-leader in wood-oiled floors, Woca - Denmark. Either our 100 Year Old, or 50 Year Old colored oil will create a rich, vintage look. The oil finish also provides a tough resilient, yet forgiving finish. There’s no need to wait years for the natural beauty of hardwood after years of aging and weathering. You can start your barnwood project, no matter the color and texture you’re aiming for, and still get everything done within schedule.

The flooring is delivered to your jobsite pre-sanded. We’ve taken our 100-Year-Old Traditional, or 50 Year-Old Traditional color, had it produced into an oil and created a system that makes our barnwood plank flooring easy to install and finish.
- Forever Barnwood is a rustic product and may contain knotholes
- Knotholes may be defected out of the plank, or filled with knothole filler prior to finishing
- Prior to installation, some defecting of the product may be required
