    Specification
    • Hydraulic Automatic retractable automatic (Hydraulic Automatic) bollard FAAC J275 HA_V2 for intensive usage. APPLICATIONS: Pedestrian areas delimitation, reserved parking areas for offices, residential areas, commercial or industrial sites, public buildings, etc. with intensive vehicles flow. PRODUCT FEATURES: FAAC J275 HA_V2 bollard employs a cylinder with height 600mm or 800mm off ground, diameter 275mm, made of SJ235JR EN 10219 steel (thickness 7mm), with surface treatment in anti-corrosive cataphoresis and polyester powder painted, or of stainless steel AISI 316L (thickness 6mm), with satin finishing. The support structure is in reinforced steel. The bollard and the support structure are placed into a pit that sits in the foundation. All internal fixing frames are made of stainless steel, to prevent corrosion. The protection rate of the hydraulic unit is IP67. The bollard is supplied with a safety pressure switch to automatically reverse the cylinder movement when an obstacle is met while rising. Rising Time 5s (600mm) or 7s (800mm) / Lowering Time 3,5s (600mm) or 4,5s (800mm) The above operation time must be kept constant on defined duty cycle. The bollard allows a setup to operate with faster Lowering speed -1s (600mm) / 1,2s (800mm). Cylinder above ground is visible on all environment conditions, having a 55mm reflecting strip all around the cylinder and LED lights that flash when bollard moves and stay permanently ON when upraised. HYDRAULIC DRIVE UNIT: Hydraulic drive unit integrated into the cylinder. Up position is maintained also in case of power failure. A mechanical valve to unblock –with dedicated key- and manually lower the cylinder is accessible on the head, protected by a security screw. Hydraulic unit is supplied with a “Gentle Stop” function to reduce the impact force while descending. A safety electro valve commands the cylinder automatic descent in case of power failure. The latter can be disabled to keep the cylinder up in case of power failure.   INSTALLATION COMPLEMENTS: The bollard is installed in a dedicated modular pit; pit extension is required for H800mm bollards. CONTROL BOARD: It’s supplied with 230VAC voltage – 50/60Hz. The control board is external and can manage up to 3 bollards. It’s Equipped with a built-in dual loop detector and includes programmable logic and provides all commands for normal operation. To link the bollard and the control board, a 16+1 conductors -min 1,5mm section- cable shall be employed. OPERATING TEMPERATURE AND WEATHER CONDITIONS: Bollard shall be fully operational within following conditions: Operating temperature -15 °C / +55 °C Operating temperature with pit heater -25 °C / +55 °C OPTIONS: The cylinder heights can be: - 600mm - 800mm The cylinder finishing can be: - Cataphoresis and polyester powder painted Dark grey metallized - Stainless steel satin finishing ACCESSORIES: A Pit heater can be added, to operate also at extreme low temperatures.
