EXLABESA EXL-55 Door 1 panel casement-tilt&turn

The EXL-55 range provides extraordinary performance without a significant increase in costs. Furthermore, it is highly versatile both in design and in functional terms. It obtains the thermal break by means of 24 mm polyamides and reticulated polyethylene foam. It has European Groove and its fitting is available in concealed version and microventilation. EXL-55 has an excellent quality-price ratio without forsaking a good thermal coefficient. Even with a 45% polyamide composition, the profiles ensure perfect closure thanks to the state of the art exterior framing squares. There is a large quantity of options in this series. Units can be built opening inwards or outwards, door or window, with different size panels and frames. Its lines can be straight or rounded in panels and glazing beads, adapting the design to any surroundings.

Specification

• Frame depth 53.7mm and 60.7mm blade, with thermal break using two 24mm length polyamide rods. • Watertightness system based triple gasket, inside, outside and center (EPDM) with external decompression chamber and drain. Encounters of the central gasket by vulcanized angle that facilitates its finishing and improves its operation. • Opening inwards or outwards, tilt-and-turn, projecting and folding with one or two panel and fixed. Also retractable and tilt-parallel. • It has European Groove with microventilation system available. • Glazing up to 42 mm, with insertion of cross-linked adhesive foam of cellular polyethylene between glass and carpentry. • Ecolabel Type III, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) with reach from cradle to grave.
