Tamponamento esterno Gasbeton® Active (λ=0,07 W/mK) - Finiture

Extremely light and strong blocks of aerated autoclaved cellular concrete GASBETON® ACTIVE offers excellent performances both in winter and in summer to create exterior walls of nZEB and passive buildings without the addition of thermal coats.
This is possible due to the reduction of the density of aerated autoclaved cellular concrete blocks up to 300 Kg/m3 which allows to obtain an excellent value of dry thermal conductivity λ10dry: 0.070 W / mK, maintaining unchanged all the valuable typical characteristics of autoclaved aerated cellular concrete, true eco-sustainable, breathable material, resistant to fire, earthquake and noise.

SYNTETIC DESCRIPTION:
Cellular concrete, autoclaved cellular concrete, autoclaved aerated concrete, aerated autoclaved cellulare concrete, thermal insulation, thermal inertia, breathable, soundproofing, fire resistant, light, ecological, green building, recyclable, brick, wall, infill, casing, closure, non structural

Specification
  • STRATIGRAPHY:
GASBETON Active system can be used as infill for buildings, where maximum thermal comfort is desired due to very low thermal conductivity (λ10,dry = 0.07 W/mK). GASBETON Active infilling system is formed by the following stratigraphy:
    (external)
    • 2 mm silicate colored silicate / siloxane
    • 5 mm skim plaster with “Multiraso esterni” and glass fiber mesh “rete da intonaco GASBETON”
    • 15 mm “Multicem”
    • GASBETON blocks
    • 5 mm skim plaster with Incollarasa and glass fiber mesh “rete da intonaco GASBETON”
    • 2 mm “Multiraso interni”
    (indoor)
The masonry is also composed by a vertical stratigraphy, at the base there is mortar “GASBETON Multimalt”, above them there are the blocks and at the top there are 15 mm of foam “Adesivo GASBETON”. Inside the Revit file there is a second row of walls (on the right) which differs from the first due to the presence of the first hydrophobic wall row (IDRO block) with relative mortar “Malta ancorante IDRO” instead of the classic mortar “GASBETON Multimalt”. It is preferible to use these walls for infills placed on the screeds or on the foundations, since these walls inhibit the transmission of any rising damp from them.

    CELLULAR CONCRETE BLOCK PROPERTIES:
