D180 - Safety door with concealed hinges

Armored entrance door coplanar to the frame with concealed hinges, 180° opening and double rebate. Year of production 2023 D180, the security door with a minimalist design and high performance, with full 180° opening, is born when innovation opens up to elegance. Perfectly integrated into any environment, D180 incorporates the technology of Dierre concealed hinges, which only reveal themselves when the leaf is fully opened, to leave room for the sophisticated aesthetics of a flush solution with the frame on the inside of the house. High acoustic, thermal and security features guarantee protection and privacy. D180 is available in 3 versions. D180 1, cylinder lock; D180 8 double cylinder lock with service cylinder; D180 Hibry 4.0 with motorized and manual management lock.The opening of the door, excluding the latch, occurs automatically by simply presenting the key/card to the escutcheon or (only on the internal side) by simply pressing on the touch screen display. The electronics on the frame are able to receive and send signals via cable, for opening or closing the door from buttons, keypads and transponder readers and also for door status (open / closed) and lock status (bolts in / deadbolts out) to home automation equipment. Door closing can be set to automatic or semi-automatic mode. It is always possible to open or close the door mechanically through the cylinder, using the key on the external side and the internal side with the knob.

HANDLES D180 also, as all Dierre doors, interprets the concept of security door with great care to formal expression and the most ample freedom of customization. The standard handle is New Creta in bronze or silver, which in its simple elegance represents Dierre’s hallmark products and distinguishes D180 from other armored doors. Modern and essential Amsterdam and Dallas are added as extras. The door is characterized by a protective clip fairing in dark brown plastic-coated steel on the 4 sides of the leaf, by balloon-shaped perimeter seals, by a wide-angle peephole with a 200-degree field of vision, by a HOOK-type closing diverter , by an upper telescopic closing rod with steel terminal with a diameter of 18 mm, by 4 fixed D180 bolts on the hinge side, by a SPECIAL automatic adjustable draft excluder mobile lower threshold and by 2 patented concealed hinges model D180 adjustable on 3 axes which connect it to the frame and allow: - opening up to 180 degrees - the double beat - the coplanarity of the door and frame The D180 door, as standard, achieves Class 3 anti-burglary protection with thermal insulation of 1.3W/m2K and noise reduction of 38dB; by adding pluses, thermal performance can be improved, reaching a value of 1W/m2K and a noise reduction of 42dB.
