    Dekton Laurent

Dekton has a number of properties that make it a unique for indoor applications, but also, thanks to its resistance to the sun's rays, it is perfect for outdoor surfaces, making it the versatile material par excellence.

Inspired by the natural Port Laurent stone, we've crafted a unique color that stands out due to its complex beauty. Its texture brings into play shades and tones that enhance one another by contrast. The gold grain predominates the surface and lends warmth to a cold background or dark tones, ideal for the most luxury spaces.

Available in Standard format, thickness 4, 8, 12 and 20mm, and Optimma format 2600x1000x4 mm.

    Specification
    • Dekton is offered in slabs of varying thicknesses that can be adapted to your design based on the application and the desired effect. It is offered in large-format or Optimma format slabs. Dekton collections and Dekton ID customizing service open up avenues of design that had previously been unthinkable. High UV Resistance Dekton is highly resistant to ultraviolet (UV) rays and has superior color fastness so it doesn’t fade over time, making it the perfect choice for both interior and exterior applications. High Scratch Resistance Dekton is a highly scratch-resistant surface. Domestic utensils will not scratch it. However, we do recommend that chopping boards are used to protect the utensils. Stain Resistance The new Dekton surface is highly resilient thanks to its low porosity, resisting accidental stains from domestic use as well as from chemical agents. Even tough stains such as wine, coffee, ink, and rust can be easily cleaned. High Fire and Heat Resistance Dekton boasts excellent resistance to high temperatures without compromising on its esthetics or features. Hot utensils, electrical appliances, pots, and pans can all be placed directly on the surface without causing any damage. Abrasion Resistance Dekton is even more resistant to abrasion than granite, which makes it the ideal surface for commercial applications and high-traffic areas such as flooring and facades. While other surfaces will show the effects of wear and tear over time, Dekton’s finish will last for the entire life of the product and will never need to be replaced or retouched. Resistance to Freezing and Thawing The low thermal expansion coefficient of Dekton makes it resistant to thermal shock, going from heat to extreme cold. Its natural resistance to freezing and thawing make it the perfect material even for the most extreme cold environments.
