Exterior Cladding System - Pine wood for façade, 140x40 mm

Exterior Cladding System - Pine wood for façade, 140x40 mm

Exterior cladding made of solid thermally treated wild pine wood for facade, consisting of machined slats with a rectangular section, tongue and groove edges, and a rounded slat effect, measuring 140 mm wide and 40 mm thick, with a length of 3,000 mm.

The wild pine wood facade cladding is thermally treated and offers protection against Usage Class 3.2 (woods not in permanent contact with soil or freshwater).

The cladding is designed with a tongue and groove system for easy installation. It is installed vertically and fixed with stainless steel screws to 50x30 mm red pine battens, treated in autoclave with Usage Class 4. The battens are also secured to the supporting wall with stainless steel screws. The spacing between battens should not exceed 50 cm.

Thermally treated wild pine wood provides natural beauty and excellent dimensional stability. To maintain its original color and long-term durability, it is recommended to apply a surface treatment with pigmented wood stains containing UV filters that provide stability against color alteration caused by exposure to sunlight's UV radiation.

The wood cladding is available in both natural finish and pre-finished options with different color tones. It is certified by PEFC for sustainable forest management.
