Exterior Cladding System - Pine wood for façade, 140x28 mm

Exterior Cladding System - Pine wood for façade, 140x28 mm

Solid thermally treated wild pine wood cladding for facades, consisting of machined rectangular slats with tongue and groove edges and a rounded slat effect, measuring 140 mm in width and 28 mm in thickness, with a length of 3,000 mm. This thermally treated wild pine wood cladding is suitable for facade applications and provides protection against Usage Class 3.2 conditions (wood not in permanent contact with soil or freshwater). The cladding features a tongue and groove profile for easy installation. It is installed vertically and secured with stainless steel screws to treated wild pine battens measuring 50x30 mm, with lengths ranging from 2,400 to 3,000 mm, treated with autoclave for Usage Class 4. The battens are also attached to the supporting wall using stainless steel screws. The battens are spaced at a maximum distance of 50 cm from each other. Thermally treated wild pine wood offers natural beauty and excellent dimensional stability. To maintain its original tone and durability over time, it is recommended to apply a surface treatment using pigmented stains with UV filters to provide stability against color alteration caused by exposure to sunlight's UV radiation. The wood can be supplied in its natural state or pre-stained at the factory in different finishes. This thermally treated wild pine wood cladding is PEFC certified, ensuring responsible and sustainable forest management.
