CARMA™ Vertical

The CARMA® range is a PLUG&PLAY and self regulating dual flow handling unit with multilingual communication (EN15232), for office and industrial applications. Its static, EUROVENT AAHE certified counter-flow exchanger provides with a very high efficiency (90%), in compliance with the European Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC. Equipped with electronic commutation (EC), high efficiency motors ensuring low energy consumption, the CARMA® range is part of the CALADAIR Econological® solution program and improves indoor air quality. Available in 6 sizes and 8 models, the CARMA® range covers flow rates from 200 to 8000 m³/h. The CARMA® range is available in 5 versions: • SEASON: Central for use in moderate climatic zone, intended for the renewal of air of buildings(ships) with energy recover, functioning summer / winter of the bypass, the regulation of flow spleens by potentiometer • FIRST: self-regulating unit for use in temperate climate areas • SMART: central self-regulated with electric drum kit of defrosting for compensation with outside temperature until -20°C. • PREMIUM: self regulating unit fitted with a hot water coil or an electric coil for external temperatures down to -10°C. • INFINITE: idem finish PREMIUM with as standard an electric drum kit of defrosting for outside temperatures until -20°C.

Insulation: 50mm high density A1 M0 mineral wool (T2 and L1 class for airtightness of the building envelope in accordance with EN1886). « EASY » controller with protocols MODBUS or BACNET via RS485 or TCP/IP or WEB A high efficiency F7 opacimetric filter (large filtration surface) on the fresh air intake A G4 gravimetric filter on the extracted air intake High efficiency plates (>90%), EUROVENT for the AAHE certified counter flow exchanger 100% internal bypass, motorised (0-100%) and self-regulating (RT2012 air relationship). Circular branch connections with lip seals to guarantee the systems are airtight (ATEC CSTB n° 13-224-12), square for 9070. User-friendly IP54 control panel with LCD display. FEATURES : 100% Bypass, internal to the unit, fitted with servomotors automatically controlled by the integrated regulation system providing FREE-COOLING and NIGHT-COOLING functions (night over-ventilation with adjustable flow rate). Supply temperature (air legislation) or ambient temperature (extraction) management Weekly timer Weekend and public holiday timer Dirty fresh air filter pressure sensor Airflow monitoring pressure sensors (injection and extraction) Fire safety device that can control the injection and extraction fans in 5 different modes Managed dehumidification module FLOW RATE ADJUSTMENT : LOBBY® EC: flow rate at CONSTANT PRESSURE DIVA® EC: proportional flow rate adjustment of each fan according to CO2 level MAC2® EC: CONSTANT FLOW adjustment of each fan (low and high speed) QUATTRO® EC: CONSTANT FLOW adjustment of each fan according to CO2 level
