Best Access Doors proudly present our industry favorite, the Aluminum Smoke Vent, BA-ASV model. Single leaf smoke vents provide an economical solution for fire ventilation by removing deadly smoke, heat, and gases from a burning building. They are used for smaller areas that need venting including elevator shafts and stairwells. These single leaf unites are not U.L. listed. They are constructed from 1/8" thick aluminum with a !2" high insulated curb and stainless steel hardware. They have high performance gas springs, inside and outside manual release and a UL listing fusible or McCabe resettable link.
