    Swing Door Operator SW300

The ASSA ABLOY SW300 is an intelligent, heavy-duty electromechanical swing door operator with an attractive slim 70 mm design. It provides low noise during operation and it is the ideal choice for applications with high demands on gentle and smooth operation in combination with strength and high traffic flow. It compensates for stack pressure and wind load and yet remains easy to open manually. It is the ideal choice for heavy traffic flow entrances in healthcare, residential, office and public service environments where both low noise and ease of access are important. ASSA ABLOY SW300 provides a unique double-acting solution giving panic break-out in both directions with automatic reset. An optional embedded battery back-up and monitoring ensures operation even when the power is interrupted, while an intelligent locking function adds security. ASSA ABLOY SW300 is suitable for applications such as: low-energy and heavy-duty, interior and exterior entrances, single- and double-leaf doors, push and pull applications, fire doors(depending on national regulations), escape routes with optional panic break-out in both directions with automatic reset, and smoke evacuation through inverse functionality. Specification
    • Models: SW300-1 (single direction and single door operator) is a 70mm high universal heavy duty (HD) electro-mechanical operator suitable for use on large heavy doors, yet can also be used in low energy (Kinetic) applications. The ASSA ABLOY SW300-1 is an electromechanical operator and has been developed to comply with European standards. Mounted onto a suitable transom by others. Door and frame by others. Operator Dimensions: Operator Length 840 mm Operator Height 70 mm Maximum door weight: 250 Kg Standard equipment: Operator including normal installation to comply with EN16005:2012. Stack Pressure Compensation: operator counteracts to positive stack pressures, negative stack pressures, and sudden changes of stack pressures to maintain consistent door speeds Intelligent Trajectory Control: operator knows where the door should be at all times and adjusts torque accordingly. Dynamic braking helps cushion the door during opening to prevent going past 90 degrees, or during closing to prevent slamming. Extended Closing Torque (ECT): exclusive Extended Closing Torque (ECT) functionality provides extra torque in the last 10 degrees of closing, if needed, to close and latch the door. Speed remains constant so the door stays within ANSI standards. Latch Retry: if the door does not latch when closing, the SW300 will detect this condition and immediately open the door to 10 degrees and execute two attempts to latch the door. Wind Force Dampening: operator mechanically counteracts to wind forces, slowing down the opening or closing of the door. Electric Lock monitoring and door leaf sequenced operation between operators for pairs of doors allowing lock release and astragal coordination. Programme selector: Cover with PS-3B integrated programme selector (High level) / Low level PS-4C Flush Mounted / Low level PS-4C Surface Mounted Cover Size: Standard cover 840mm / Extended cover Length XXXXmm Cover finish: SAA / ASSA ABLOY powdercoat finish RAL ref: To be confirmed Arm System : Push (Door opening angle adjustable up to 120°) / Pull (Door opening angle adjustable up to 120°) Additional Equipment Option: “Push and go” makes the door open automatically from closed position if manually pushed. Control unit CSDA-F – Used e.g. when the operator is installed on fire or fume gas protected doors, or for connection of 24 V AC to an electric striking plate. Cover complete with cut-out for integrated Hekatron smoke detector. Smoke detector, Hekatron ORS 142, when not installed in the operator cover. Ceiling Socket or Wall Socket. Activation and control system: Electronic control unit with plug-in connections and power supply. SA12 Bi-directional combined motion sensing radar entry & exit activator. SA51 Uni-directional combined motion sensing (bi-directional) radar entry & exit activation. Additional Activation Options: Weather protection cap for external activator. Concealed radar fitting, white for ceiling mounting of SA51 activator. Safety device(s): SP33-M active infrared presence sensor, monitored in line with EN16005:2012. Sends out an infrared curtain so that the door does not open or close against pedestrian traffic. To EN16005:2012 for doors in high risk areas. Suitable for door leaf(s) up to 1100mm wide. FP200 Finger Guard Blind. To prevent finger traps in the hinge of the door. Safety Barrier – where applicable to prevent cross traffic and body traps. Maintenance: Warranty with bi-annual service visits for optimum performance and longevity 1 YEAR / 2 YEAR / 3 YEAR / 4 YEAR / 5 YEAR / 10 YEAR The ASSA ABLOY SW300 complies with: - EN 60335-1 - EN 61000-6-2 - EN 61000-6-3 - EN ISO 13849-1/-2 - EN 16005 - BBR - BVL - DIN 18650-1/-2 - FCC 47 CFR Part 15 B - UL 325 - EN 60335-2-103 - SITAC SC0839-09 (fire door) - 2006/95/EC Low Voltage Directive (LVD) - 2004/108/EC ElectroMagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMCD) - 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive (MD)
