GGU is a manually operated centre pivot roof window that can be installed on roof pitches from 15-90°.   Operation is via a control bar along the top of the sash. The sash can be parked in any position up to the horizontal, however the sash can also be fully rotated to allow for ease of cleaning of the outer pane. There is a ventilation flap operated by the top control bar which allows fresh air to enter the room. 

The frame and sash are made of high-quality moulded polyurethane around a core of thermally modified timber with a white lacquer finish.  Therefore, giving a maintenance free finish.

Externally the window has maintenance-free cover parts.
