    URSA XPS NIII - I IT

    URSA XPS extruded polystyrene products are excellent thermal insulators with many advantages. Their closed cell structure allows for very low thermal conductivity and high levels of thermal insulation. URSA XPS also has excellent mechanical properties, with a compressive strength of 300 kPa. This feature, combined with low water absorption, makes URSA XPS an excellent choice for thermal insulation at the top of flat roofs (inverted roof); wall against ground; underfloor; underfloor radiant floor.

    • URSA XPS NIII I extruded polystyrene panel in compliance with EN 13164, smooth surfaces with leather, straight edges on all sides, with the following characteristics: width 600 mm, length 1250 mm, thickness 30, 40, 50,60, 80 and 100 mm; reaction to fire Euroclass E; thermal conductivity λD 0,035 W/mK and thermal resistance RD 0.90, 1.25, 1.55, 1.80, 2.30 and 3.10 m2K/W for thickness 100 mm; short-term compressive strength (for 10% deformation) ≥ 300 kPa and long-term compressive strength (for 2% deformation, after 50 years) of 130 kPa; deformation under load and temperature (40 kPa-70°C) ≤ 5%; long-term water absorption percentage for total immersion (28 days) 0.2÷0.4%; water vapour resistance factor µ 50; average percentage value of closed cells ≥ 95 %; dimensional stability (70°C-90%UR) ≤ 5%; frost thaw cycle resistance <1%; use limit temperature -50/+75°C; tolerance on thickness -2/+3 mm; specific heat 1.450 J/(Kg K).
