    4-Post Flexible Shelving

With secure shelves and exposed locking casters that allow items to remain securely stored throughout transport and at their destination, Spacesaver’s 4-Post Flexible Shelving solution gives users the ability to keep their projects rolling with ease. Flexible Shelving is offered in a range of design styles and sizes manufactured to accommodate the fit and function of your operation and the specific needs of those it serves.

    FLEXIBILITY
    • Enables spaces to be easily reconfigured on the fly
    • Frees up valuable space for events
    • Allows alternate uses such as meetings, classes, training, makerspaces, and more

    AESTHETICS

    • Customizable end panel finishes available in a variety of materials (commonly laminate, wood, acrylic, and resin)
    • Ability to match custom finishes between stand-alone/static, on-casters, and on-mobile shelving for a cohesive and complimentary look
    • Helps to create a warm and welcoming space for students and visitors to “unplug” from technology and browse for physical books and other collections

    QUALITY AND DURABILITY

    • Spacesaver’s Flexible Shelving Caster Bases passed:
» Rigorous internal cart stability testing per BIFMA X5.9-2012 Section 9 standards
» Maximum load testing - proving Spacesaver’s caster base design will robustly support an 810 lb. point-load or 1,620 lbs. total load per 72”W caster base, which represents the maximum loading scenario for a single caster base
    • Maintenance-free solution: Aside from routine cleaning and dusting, feel confident in Spacesaver’s Flexible Shelving knowing we use premium materials
    • Our Flexible Shelving solution offers lifetime limited coverage on shelving and 5 years limited coverage on wheels

    COST-EFFECTIVE
    • Spacesaver’s Flexible Shelving units maximize precious funding – delivering a solution that is quick and easy to move to accommodate a variety of alternative programming
    • Reduces institutional cost per square foot by enabling space to be used for many purposes - not solely static shelving

    SUSTAINABILITY

    • Reduce: Our durable steel shelving solution comes with a lifetime limited warranty
    • Reuse: Designed to be customizable and configurable, shelving can accommodate a myriad use as needs change over time
    • Recycle: When shelving is no longer needed, the durable steel construction is 100% recyclable

    SAFETY
    • Flexible shelving is most commonly selected at counter-height to maintain line-of-sight for a safe, open, and welcoming environment
