The SHEV-6-AP is the surface-mounting version of the compact control panel SHEV-6 and is used for smoke extraction in stairwells. It is located in a sheet steel housing. The compact control panel has an output current of 6 A.
The SHEV compact control panel is a compact unit designed according to European specifications. The control panel contains a primary and secondary power supply as well as the entire control and regulation technology for operating 24 Volt DC actuators for building openings, e.g. windows and smoke exhaust flaps. The compact central control unit controls the actuators in case of fire as well as for daily ventilation.
Special ventilation functions (gap ventilation, dead man function, automatic ventilation) are freely and individually programmable for the user. The ventilation function is at the same time a daily function control of the smoke exhaust system. The manual or automatic triggering of the smoke and heat exhaust system activates positioning motors or fittings by pole reversal, which release the openings in the wall or roof area intended for smoke exhaust.
Compact control panel for SHEV and NSHEV
The SHEV compact control panel is specially designed for SHEV use in stairwells and for NSHEV and offers all necessary connections for release devices (push buttons, smoke detector, fire alarm system). Designed for daily ventilation applications, the following components can also be connected: wind/rain detectors, vent buttons, timers and higher-level controls. The connection lines for SHEV buttons (manual control devices), smoke detectors, fire alarm system (FAS) and actuators are monitored.
Emergency power supply for 72 hours
In the event of a power failure, the emergency power supply ensures the function of the smoke and heat ventilation system for at least 72 hours. The SIMON LINK parameterization and diagnostic software allows product-specific settings to be changed and maintenance and diagnostic work to be performed. The SHEV-6-AP compact control panel is CE certified according to EN 12101-10 and tested according to ISO 21927-9.
