Perfecto® Mini Acousitcal Plank

The Perfecto^® Mini Plank is a simple but powerful union between architecture and acoustic performance that provides a hole sizing option between the standard Perfecto^® and the Perfecto^® Micro perforations. Utilizing a tongue and groove (T & G) plank with thousands of 1.0mm mini-perforations and available in a high recycled content, ULEF, Class A fire-rated and FSC^®certified MDF core with an optional black fleece backer, the Perfecto^® Mini Plank can achieve up to an average NRC=1.00 while focusing the sound absorption spectrum in the mid and low-frequencies while maintaining.

Offers absorption and reflection in a beautiful millwork finish.
Available in custom sizes 3″-12″ W x 12′ L Nominal 5″ W standard
Choose from commercially available wood veneers, laminates or paint colors.
Decorative and easy to install on wood furring strips for walls.
Can be installed with an RPG turning clip to HD T-grid for ceiling mounting.
Planks are available in a high recycled, ULEF, FSC® and Class A Fire-Rated MDF core.

Specification

Finish - Unfinished, veneer with lacquer, veneer with custom stain or colored lacquer. Standard species include Alder, Anigre, Ash, Birch, Cherry, Mahogany, Maple, Poplar, Red Oak, Walnut and White Oak. Custom species may be available on request.

Installation - Mounting options available for the Perfecto^® Mini Plank include wall systems (Z-clips, direct screw attached), either surface-mounted or with a variety of cavity depths starting at 1-3/4" total system depth, and ceiling systems with options (RPG Turning Clip, direct screw attached) for 15/16" HD T-grid supplied by others.
