Kingcor - PP-HM (high-modulus polypropylene) structured-wall pipe

Kingcor - PP-HM (high-modulus polypropylene) structured-wall pipe

High strength polypropylene pipe, high modulus PPHM, double-walled, structured for the construction of sewage systems. Characterized by a high hydraulic seal by virtue of its socket joint system with pre-inserted elastomeric gasket and oriented according to the direction of flow, KINGCOR reacts very well to any overpressure of the fluid conveyed internally and also has excellent performance against infiltration from the outside due, for example, to installations near groundwater. The production process makes it possible to produce both the socket and the shank in double wall, guaranteeing the maintenance of the SN rigidity class even in the joint section (considering the overlapping of the shank and socket, in the section considered the SN class is, in fact, almost doubled). KINGCOR is normalized on the internal diameter DN/ID; consequently, its useful capacities are implemented compared to the pipes normalized on the external diameter DN/OD. The stability and durability over time of the raw material PPHM, whose resistance to abrasion, a fundamental requirement for sewer pipes, is at least four times greater than that of materials such as stoneware and PVC (tested according to EN 295), is significant. Very resistant and performing, KINGCOR stands out for the simplicity and speed of installation, the high level chemical-physical characteristics, the absolute reliability of the joint, the ease of handling. KINGCOR, which is crackable and micro-structureable, can also be used in fields other than sewerage, particularly for drainage, viaduct applications, landfill use… (see also www.riccini.it/prodotti/applicazioni special). KINGCOR is non-toxic and environmentally friendly and respects the balance of the subsoil. Colour: external red-brown RAL 8023, internal yellow to facilitate video-inspection.
