Wall Application - Metal Door - 90 Minute Fire Rated - 33Db Acoustic Rated - Access Panel

The PAL57 is a wall-only Riser Door with a QuickFit sliding hinge system that allows for the quick and easy removal of the riser door from the frame. This allows the installation to be completed by a single person.

This riser door is constructed from 0.9mm zintec steel with a metal-faced panel. This Panel is 90-minute fire rated and has been tested in accordance with BSEN 1634-1: 2008 and BSEN 1363- 1 1999. It is certified to BS EN ISO 10140-2 2010 for a 33dB acoustic rating with smoke seals and airtight testing. This comes as standard with a 3 Way Locking system, other lock options are available.

The QuickFit hinge system replaces the full length piano hinge of the conventional riser door which reduces fitting time and costs.

The beaded frame allows for a wet finish (plaster) to be applied for a discrete finish.

The PAL57-090-MD-BF-3WL-ATN-33A is manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick Door and a 1.2mm Frame. The panels door leaf is hinged by a Fast Fit Hinge System which saves time on fitting compared to a Full Piano Hinge system.
