    Futuristic modular hospital

We are transforming the process of building medical facilities in our “modular hospital room”. We will contribute to the development of private rooms required for future hospitals against the backdrop of private rooms and changes in lifestyles as a countermeasure against new coronavirus infections.

    1. BIM that has building material specifications and price information and can be simulated in virtual space. Modularization where 90% of interiors and equipment are completed at the factory. A private room package model that combines a hospital room design that is close to the living space based on curves.
    2. It is possible to create a private room with a 30% reduction in the construction period and cost compared to the conventional construction method.
    3. Designed with consideration for equipment replacement during renovation, it is easy to renovate each hospital room and contributes to extending the life of the entire medical facility.

    Specification
    • The hospital room is unitized and can be customized according to various conditions and needs.

・ Basic structure: Heavy steel frame conforming to Japanese standards
      ・ Standard size: W3.42m x D6.5m x H3.3m / module
・ Price: Depends on various conditions such as size and interior
・ Fire resistance: Compliant with Japanese standards
・ Durability: Equivalent to conventional method
・ Seismic resistance: Seismic buildings that comply with the Japanese Building Standards Law (not seismic isolation)
・ Insulation performance: Can meet the required performance
・ Sewage, electricity: Interior, lighting, toilets, outlets, washbasin installation, and plumbing and wiring to each device are handled at the factory.
・ Maximum number of assembly units: Structurally, it can be assembled up to the 7th to 8th floors (equivalent to about 30m), and 200 units (beds) are recommended.
・ Assembly method between units: Fix the dedicated bracket planned in advance by strength calculation with bolts.
