We are transforming the process of building medical facilities in our “modular hospital room”. We will contribute to the development of private rooms required for future hospitals against the backdrop of private rooms and changes in lifestyles as a countermeasure against new coronavirus infections.
1. BIM that has building material specifications and price information and can be simulated in virtual space. Modularization where 90% of interiors and equipment are completed at the factory. A private room package model that combines a hospital room design that is close to the living space based on curves.
2. It is possible to create a private room with a 30% reduction in the construction period and cost compared to the conventional construction method.
3. Designed with consideration for equipment replacement during renovation, it is easy to renovate each hospital room and contributes to extending the life of the entire medical facility.
