Protite acoustic sealant It is a soundproofing sealant that meets ASTM C834, Type OP, Grade NF. It is designed to prevent the passage of airborne sound from both inside and outside the building. Soundproofing performance tested in accordance with ASTM E90 test method. When calculated according to ASTM E413 grading method, soundproofing is achieved at STC (Sound Transmission Class) 54 when used with wall systems with an STC rating of 54 or higher. Go for the noise from inside the building. And when the test results are calculated according to the ASTM E1332 rating method, they are soundproofed at OITC (Outdoor/Indoor Transmission Class) 48 when used with wall systems with an OITC 48 or higher for outdoor noise. and has passed the flammability test according to UL 94 HB test method.
