AUTOMATIC ACCESS CONTROL PAR 900 / TICKET GATE
The automatic access control system MANUSA (PAR) or ticket gate to control the access to public transport infraestructures is bidirectional and with sliding panels in tempered safety glass 12mm thick. Glass heights between 1,040 and 1,700 mm and 900 mm free passage a standard. It enables rapid, safe and controlled people access, being a modular system easily integrable and adaptable into new facilities or in those already in use. The pass length of the unit is 2,200mm, with stainless steel finish AISI 304 (other finishes on request). Two modules (one master and one slave) are necessary to form an access control corridor.
MANUSA three-phase asynchronous AC motor group (without maintenance) powered with a single-phase 230V/50Hz network, including a management system with inverter technology with voltage and frequency independent adjustment (VVVF). This management allows independence in the adjustment between speed and opening and closing force of the hidden panels, resulting in a reliable, low consumption and low maintenance system.
Regarding safety for users and security for the premises, the corridor includes 19 photocells (allows up to 32) for completely supervision of the passageway to avoid people trapping while performing an antifraud control by monitoring the movement of users. Led indicators show the direction of the access and a break-out system opens the panels, either in a power failure or in signal reception form an alarm centre (to be used as an emergency exit). The corridor allows a frequency of up to 40 people per minute (subdued this number to the speed of the ticket validation management system integrated by the customer), and enables the adaptation of any ticket validation system. All access control signals for the PAR opening can be either via non-potential contacts or via RS485 communication (other systems on request). It has a wide connectivity "upstream" by connecting it to an Ethernet network that allows full remote control.
Manufactured according to the Standard 9001:1000 of quality management systems.
