MACUK E S-SR PRO is an electronic Heat Interface Unit for heating and hot water applications. Thanks to the two plate heat exchanger the module also allows complete separation from the primary circuit or central plant system. Suitable for apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached house with centralized heating system.The production of domestic hot water is electronically controlled by a control unit and a brazed stainless steel plate heat exchanger that allows an immediate supply of DHW. Thanks to the modulating valve with 5-seconds stepper motor actuator (installed in the primary return circuit), which partializes the water flw in the primary circuit, water waste and unnecessary waiting times are eliminated. The primary water flw rate is also proportionally managed by the module: according to the demand of the sanitary user, the valve increases or decreases the opening of the primary return circuit. All the energy not used in the DHW circuit is used in the heating circuit.The module includes a built-in by-pass function, directly controlled by the electronics and the modulating valve and depends to the temperature set on the DHW sensor. During the stand-by phase, the DHW comfort function is activated, keeping the temperature of the exchanger at the set point value. If the temperature falls below the set temperature – hysteresis temperature (Tset-T hys) the two-way valve of the module is activated, taking heat from the primary circuit.The electronic control can also manage 2 temperature levels in the heating circuit: for underfloor heating ystems and for radiator/fan coil systems, both can be set by compensation curves.The pump will change the speed according to the ∆T value between flw and return. There is also a pressure transducer to protect the pump from damage caused by overpressures.

L110 mm jig with M ¾" connections for domestic cold water meter with 1,5 mc/h impulsive output (supplied separately). Heating circuit Cu pipe kit Ø 18 mm, thermowell for system flow probe, pressure transducer, high efficiency electronic circulator Wilo PARA 15/1-6 iPWM) and 3 bar safety valve. Mehta digital controller for electronic control of DHW production and complete management of the heating circuit. Manual air vent valves and system load tap included.
