KM-FSU  FIRE FIGHTING  ALL-PURPOSE COLLAR

KM-FSU collar is made up of a 2000 mm galvanized steel band, containing KM-FF107 strips of graphitic intumescent material with high thermal expansion.

APPLICATION

To gauge the pipe to protect and to cut a piece of all-purpose fire fighting band KM-FSU, to shear before the thermo expanding material KM-FF107 and afterwards the steel band.

To insert the four keepers in the collar shell and the two tongues  in the first and the last square hole. To fasten the collar with screw anchors to the slab.

  • GENERALITY

    KM-FSU collar is made up of a 2000 mm galvanized steel band, containing KM-FF107 strips of graphitic intumescent material with high thermal expansion.

    DESCRIPTION

    Only band 2000 mm long, from which we can to cut some pieces to get fire fighting collars for the protection of combustible pipes to Ø160 mm.

    APPLICATION

    To gauge the pipe to protect and to cut a piece of all-purpose fire fighting band KM-FSU, to shear before the thermo expanding material KM-FF107 and afterwards the steel band.

    To insert the four keepers in the collar shell and the two tongues  in the first and the last square hole. To fasten the collar with screw anchors to the slab.
