K2 Eating - L2000
The inspiration for the K2 Eating is impossible to miss. The table is identical to the square K2 Meeting and the benches are smaller versions of the table. The result is a very functional table set with a homogenous look.
K2 Eating is extremely solid so if you accidentally sit on the very edge of the bench there no need to fear – It will certainly not tilt anywhere. That means that with K2 Eating there’s always room for one more which makes the table highly suitable for cafeterias where a bunch a people socialise.
A base in black powdercoated steel and an additional frame creates the stability of the K2 Eating. The tops are made out of MDF, the surfaces are covered by linoleum or laminate while the edges are covered by ABS. When these materials are combined it creates a high quality product that can make it through just about anything, for example a wet cloth or a vacuum cleaner.
A vivid expression can be added to the table set by replacing the homogenous look with colours on the surfaces.
