Basement walls

THE TOTAL MOISTURE PROTECTION OF NEW AND OLD BASEMENT Typically basements are cold and raw spaces that cannot be used for much more than storage or garage, but this doesn’t always need to be the case. Using the ISODRÄN method allows you to create quality accommodation in the basement of both existing houses or for new construction. Moisture problems are not always visible therefore it can be difficult to detect. Signs of problems can be anything from the basement odour to laundry that does not dry, paint peeling and (or) water leakage.
Specification
  • THE ISODRÄN BOARD under the cellar floor provides advantages: -Low building height as no drainage layer is required below/under the ISODRÄN board -Less excavation and removal of mass from the cellar -Less material required therefore lower transportation of loads/masses into the basement -Higher ceilings -The ISODRÄN board replaces rubble and traditional insulation under the cellar floor
