FoodSafe Cone Area Drain

FoodSafe Cone Area Drain

Need to remove standing water as quickly as possible, but limited on floor space? We recommend our hygienically designed FoodSafe Cone Area Drain.

Standing water is a hazard for your facility, your employees, and your consumers. FoodSafe Area Drains offer an easy-to-install, radius-bottom solution to prevent problems caused by standing water. Our Area Drains provide more hygienic, safer, and better smelling facilities, and allow for easily solid material removal with our specially designed strainer basket. Tamper-Proof Magnetic Strainer options are available that allow you to protect your drainage system by only giving access to trusted personnel.

FOOD-SAFE DESIGN: NO NICHES MEANS NO HARBOR POINTS FOR BACTERIA

Our designs are fully compliant with NSF/ANSI/3-A standards.

This means a smooth drain interior with fully radius edges – no sharp corners which could harbor bacterial growth. Our Area Drain is designed to handle the highest temperatures your facility can throw at it, and is easily accessible for a simple and speedy cleaning process.

Check out our short video on what makes our drainage designs food-safe.

DURABLE: FORKLIFT RATED AND BUILT TO LAST

Our Area Drain is made of dense stainless steel and fitted with a special ½” thick, hygienically designed stainless steel lid, preventing any bending or breaking due to heavy forklifts or pallet jacks. FoodSafe Area Drains are load rated and tested for heavy duty traffic, so you can safely operate your equipment around them without worry.

TAMPER-PROOF MAGNETIC STRAINER: VIP DRAIN ACCESS

You shouldn’t have to worry about solids intentionally entering your facility’s drainage and plumbing system. That’s why we’ve created our Tamper-Proof Magnetic Strainer.

With our specialized strainer, you can ensure access to your system is limited to people you trust. Using a magnetic lock system, the strainer can only be removed by individuals who you give a key to. Our key design is unlike any other, which means it can’t be easily pocketed or hidden by those who may wish to tamper with the strainer.
