10,000 Series FoodSafe Slot Drain

10,000 Series FoodSafe Slot Drain

The 10,000 Series FoodSafe Slot Drain is designed for the most highly regulated facilities, providing the apex in sanitary design of all our drainage systems.

On the modern food and beverage production floor, cleanliness is a bottom-line consideration. Compromised product creates immediate losses and costs and carries long-term risks. Conventional surface drainage, like grates and trenches can create an environment where bacteria can fester. For food and beverage processing, the 10,000 Series Slot Drain is the most durable, sanitary, and cost-effective drainage system available.

FOOD-SAFE DESIGN: NO NICHES MEANS NO HARBOR POINTS FOR BACTERIA

Our 10,000 Series FoodSafe Slot Drain is fully NSF/ANSI/3-A certified (NSF 3A 14159-1).

This means a smooth drain interior with fully radius edges – no sharp corners which could harbor bacterial growth. Our 10,000 Series Slot Drain is highly innovative and designed to take cleanliness to the next level. With no grooves or seams, bacteria has no place to linger and accumulate.

Check out our short video on what makes our drainage designs food-safe.

DURABLE: FORKLIFT RATED AND BUILT TO LAST

Our 10,000 Series FoodSafe Slot Drain has a heavy duty load class rating, allowing it to handle heavy traffic or bulky machinery with ease.

Food processing facilities don’t have to worry about damage to their drains or costly updates as machinery or facility needs change.

CIP: EASY TO MAINTAIN

The 10,000 Series drain, like the drains before it, comes with our custom clean-in-place (CIP) system.

CIP allows you to plug your drain, fill it with sanitizers, neutralizers, and/or caustics, and let it soak for the specified time period.

With our smooth design and simple process, cleaning takes only a few minutes for every 10 feet of drain.

TAMPER-PROOF MAGNETIC STRAINER: VIP DRAIN ACCESS

You shouldn’t have to worry about solids intentionally entering your facility’s drainage and plumbing system. That’s why we’ve created our Tamper-Proof Magnetic Strainer.

With our specialized strainer, you can ensure access to your system is limited to people you trust. Using a magnetic lock system, the strainer can only be removed by individuals who you give a key to. Our key design is unlike any other, which means it can’t be easily pocketed or hidden by those who may wish to tamper with the strainer.
