Nitoflor SL3000 UT - Polyurethane cement fluid flooring

Nitoflor SL3000 UT is a polyurethane cement fluid flooring for medium to heavy traffic designed with the highest level of resistance to abrasion, chemical attacks and other physical attacks. The application thickness varies between 3 and 6 mm. The areas for application include food and drink production plants, dairy product processing, pharmaceuticals and engineering process areas.

Suitable for the food industry in accordance with European Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004. CE Marking according to standard EN 13813. Nitoflor SL3000 UT is included in the Environmental Product Declaration: Global EPD 006-021.

Specification

The designated floor area shall be surfaced with Nitoflor SL3000 UT, a 3-6 mm thick flow applied polyurethane cement flooring. The topping shall achieve a compressive strength of 50 MPa at 28 days when tested to BS6319-2. At 20ºC the topping shall be capable of accepting foot traffic at 12 hours.
The floor shall be prepared and the topping mixed and applied in accordance with the manufacturer´s current data sheet.
