Bravo W is a ventilated facade system (VFS), designed for vertical aluminium composite panel suspended cassettes with an aluminium substructure. Bravo W is the optimal solution for large and flat façades, ensuring fast and secure installation of cassettes from Aluminium Composite Materials, etalbond^®. The system allows the movement of the façade material due to various thermal expansions without compromising the secure attachment of the cassettes.

etalbond^® is an Aluminium Composite Panel which consists of two aluminium layers with a thickness of 0.5 mm bonded with a polyethylene core, etalbond^®PE, or a fire retardant mineral filled polymer core, etalbond^®FR, minerals ≥ 70%, or an incombustible core, etalbond^®A2, minerals ≥ 90%, with a total thickness of the panel equal to 3, 4 or 6 mm.

In addition to the aesthetical upgrade of the building, the Ventilated Facade Systems (VFS) include the ventilation gap, which contributes to the thermally efficient behaviour of the building, forming an air layer between the outer environment and the inner of the building, assisting the moisture extraction and improving the circulation of fresh air while the cladding is acting as an additional sound barrier and improves shading.

Bravo W is a cladding system which uses the main aluminium profile E97101 (normal) or E97102 (higher rigidity), with a variety of different support brackets for different cavity depths (ET710008.00 - 40 mm depth, up to ET710038.00 - 270 mm, simple width or double width). The cassettes are suspended using the special hanging accessories ET720061.00. The usual cassette side flange width is 35 or 50 mm. etalbond^® colour charts in Revit and ArchiCAD format included. etalbond^®is coil coated with a variety of coating thicknesses, the number of layers and types (PVDF4/3/2, lumiflon, VHDPE), aluminium alloys (EN AW 3105 H44 / EN AW 3105/3005/3003/5005 H44 / 5754 H42), according to the project location and requirements. etalbond^® fire classification (A2-s1,d0 / B-s1,d0) according to the building type and regulations and total thickness according to structural needs.
