Interior cladding made of varnished fire-retardant treated solid Pine Wood for acoustic conditioning on walls and ceilings. It consists of mechanized rectangular section slats with tongue and groove edges, measuring 96 mm in width and 13 mm in thickness, with lengths ranging from 2,400 to 3,000 mm. The front side of the slats is grooved with through slots, and the back side is perforated with multiple series of holes. The absorption coefficients range from 0.50 to 0.77.
The cladding features tongue and groove for easy installation and can be mounted horizontally or vertically. It is fixed to fire-retardant treated Pine Wood battens measuring 30x30 mm using small nails or special staples for paneling installation. It is combined with 25 mm thick mineral wool and acoustic veil between the battens.
Both the cladding and battens are manufactured with wood treated in autoclave with a fire-retardant product using VACUUM-PRESSURE-VACUUM cycles. They have a fire classification of B-s1,d0 with improved reaction to fire, complying with the requirements of the CTE (Spanish Technical Building Code). The products have been tested in an accredited fire laboratory according to UNE EN 13501-1 standards and bear the AITIM Quality Seal No. 26 for solid wood treated with enhanced fire reaction performance.
There are various models of acoustic conditioning with different absorption coefficients. The wood can be supplied pre-varnished or pre-stained at the factory with different finishing shades.
