Interior cladding made of varnished fire-retardant treated solid Pine Wood for walls and ceilings. It consists of mechanized rectangular section slats with tongue and groove edges, measuring 95 mm in width and 13 mm in thickness, with lengths ranging from 2,400 to 3,000 mm.
The cladding features tongue and groove for easy installation and can be mounted horizontally or vertically. It is fixed to fire-retardant treated Pine Wood battens measuring 22x13 mm using small nails or special staples for paneling installation. The spacing between battens should not exceed 50 cm.
Both the cladding and battens are manufactured with wood treated in autoclave with a fire-retardant product using VACUUM-PRESSURE-VACUUM cycles. They have a fire classification of B-s1,d0 with improved reaction to fire, complying with the requirements of the CTE (Spanish Technical Building Code). The products have been tested in an accredited fire laboratory according to UNE EN 13501-1 standards and bear the AITIM Quality Seal No. 26 for solid wood treated with enhanced fire reaction performance.
There are options for supplying the wood pre-varnished or pre-stained at the factory with different finishing shades.
