Solid wild pine decking for exterior use, treated with autoclave, Usage Class 4, in a greenish color. It features a wavy or non-slip finish and is composed of machined rectangular boards with a double female profile, measuring 95 mm in width and 22 mm in thickness, with a length of 3,000 mm.
This pine wood decking is suitable for outdoor areas such as commercial spaces, pools, terraces, gardens, beach areas, etc. It provides protection against Usage Class 4 conditions (wood in permanent contact with soil or freshwater). The edges of the decking are rounded to facilitate water drainage and prevent sharp edges that could cause cuts or injuries to bare feet.
The installation system involves visible and secure staples, which are fastened onto treated wild pine battens measuring 50x30 mm, with lengths ranging from 2,400 to 3,000 mm, also treated with autoclave for Usage Class 4. The attachment to the batten is achieved using stainless steel staples with a hole in the lower part, allowing them to be secured to the batten with stainless steel screws. The battens are placed at a maximum distance of 50 cm from each other.
It is recommended to apply surface finishes using pigmented stains with UV filters to provide stability against color alteration caused by exposure to sunlight's UV radiation. The wood can be supplied in its natural state or pre-stained in various shades at the factory.
This wild pine decking is PEFC certified, ensuring responsible and sustainable forest management.
