Double zip system that combines design and functionality

The Zi-Box Duo shade is a solution that guarantees full control of the luminosity entrance thanks to its double Blackout and decorative fabric. An appropriate option for rooms where the user needs, depending on the time of day, to control the light or prevent the entrance of it.

This interior system with box has an exclusive design that consists of an Easy Zip telescopic track with zipper, patented by Bandalux, so that the blackout fabric does not come off. The double shade has an independent drive for improved light control. The Zi-Box Duo is a system with a simple installation, also on irregular surfaces.

BOX MEASUREMENTS: 136 mm

OPERATION: Chain / Motor

Specification
  • Bandalux Zi-Box Duo roller shade or similar for indoor installation. The box of the ZiBox Duo shade of 136 mm incorporates two fabrics: one translucent (decorative) and another concealing (blackout). The rear shade incorporates Easy-Zip guides (lateral zipper), while the front shade offers free fall without a track. Both allow activation by chain or motor. The chain operation includes a child safety device that complies with European standard EN 13120. Easy-Zip is a system of lateral telescopic tracks patented by Bandalux (carrier and mobile) with PVC profile for sliding the zipper, which compensates for the deviations that the architectural environment may present. Also, the Easy-Zip system ensures that the fabric does not get out of the tracks. The box of the Zi-Box Duo shade consists of two extruded aluminum profiles with a finish lacquered Qualicoat or anodized Qualanod. Self-supporting box with fixing by lateral tracks. The winding of the fabric is carried out by means of aluminum tubes with a diameter of 50 or 55 mm, according to shade dimensions. To keep the fabrics tensed, the front fabric (decorative) has a terminal visible Slim 35 or hidden Ø20 or Ø30, and the rear shade (concealing) a Slim 35 terminal with capacity for holding additional counterweight and with lateral carriers that slide through the tracks. The colors of the profiles, decorative elements and support pieces are coordinated with those of the fabric or in keeping with the customer’s indications.

Also available with force reduction and /or assisted spring for the chain-operated mechanism. Option of double fall with double support in the same box with 4 falls and 4 drives (chain / chain, motor / motor or chain / motor).
