ATT drainage channels are manufactured in a wide range of dimensions and shapes. They are produced according to a drawing prepared as a result of cooperation between an investor, a designer or a technologist and ATT engineers. By standard, we use sheet metal of 2 [mm] thickness made of AISI 304, EN 1.4301 or AISI 316L, EN 1.4404 grade steel for production. The drain pipes have built-in bottom slope, which by standard is 0,5%. There is a possibility to adapt the size of the slope to a specific project. In order to facilitate installation, each channel is equipped with rectifying screws and anchoring elements. They allow correct levelling of the drain pipe and its settling in concrete.
Rounded bottom drainage channel allows for more laminar flow in comparison with typical rectangular shape bottom
of the channel contributing to the faster transfer of fluids to the outlet. And, due to its rounded shape this channel has less bacteria accumulating on its walls, which makes the channel more hygienic. Moreover, due to reduced amount of water required to keep the channel clean this type of channel is more cost-efficient and ecological than the standard ones.
COVERING GRATINGS
Round bottom channels are supplied with one of the following gratings: mesh, ladder or plate, which choice depends on the load class and volume of water. Ladder and mesh gratings can have notched surface for better anti-slip properties. Round bottom channel can also be fitted with hygienic ladder attached with hinges which facilitates its cleaning and maintenance.
CHANNEL EDGES FINISHING
The edge finishing should depend on the flooring and wastewater temperature.
We can offer the following options:
1 – with downward flange (standard),
2 – with flange,
3 – with raised back edge,
4 – with edge angle section for the expansion joint in the floor,
5 – with tightly plately folded edges,
6 – for a vinyl floor.
