BGR/SK Garage door

4.5 out of 5 stars4.5(58 reviews)

There are many types of garage doors just to mention roll-up, segment or up-and-over doors. The right choice depends mainly on our requirements related to the product. If we want it to be motorised and occupy minimum space, we should choose a roll-up garage doors. Thanks to its versatility, roll-up gate door can be installed both in existing buildings and in under-construction ones. Its particular advantage is that it saves space because the gate is vertically-openable. This will be appreciated especially by those who does not have a large driveway or who park their car directly on the street. Raised door curtain does not limit the visibility, which greatly affects the safety of the driver.

Aluprof SA offers motorised garage gates. This type of door is not only convenient to use, but also safe. The use of electric drive allows to use the remote control mechanism. Radio control allows you to open and close the door using a remote control, without having to get out of the car. This will be particularly appreciated in the evening, in the rain or in winter. The door is also equipped with a fall protection device. In addition, a number of safeguards can be used, such as photocell or closing edge safety device.

Specification
  • • Functionality
Garage doors can be assembled not only in buildings which are under construction but also in existing buildings. The gate which works vertically is a perfect solution where a ramp to the garage is short or leads directly from the street. It improves significantly the safety of the driver because a raised curtain of the gate does not reduce the visibility.

    • Design
Aluminium profiles and shutter boxes are manufactured of high-grade aluminium sheet double-lined with PUR-PA lacquer and have an increased resistance to abrasion and weather conditions. The filling foam provides the profiles with good thermal and acoustic insulation parameters. A proper airflow is possible thanks to profiles with vents. There is also
a possibility to use profiles with vision panels while allowing in daylight. Depending on the dimensions and building conditions we have two types of garage doors, namely:
    - on consoles: BGR / KNB,
    - in a shutter box: BGR / SK

    • Operational comfort
Garage doors are controlled electrically with a motor coupled with remote control. Radio control system enables to close and open the garage door without getting out from a car. It is
a significant advantage especially in the evenings, winter time or when is raining.

    • Safety
According to the building regulations the garage door is equipped with protection against fall down as a standard feature. It can be equipped additionally with protection against being crushed during closing and against raising. Furthermore, the garage door can also have a set of photocells. In the case of a power supply breakdown, the garage door can be opened with the aid of emergency manual override. The electromagnetic bracket of a motor including security springs can effectively protect against raising up/lifting up the curtain of a garage door.
    • Colour range

A large selection of standard colours meets the requirements of the most demanding customers. Colour layers are applied using powder coating technology.
