AERCO is expanding its Benchmark series of high-efficiency boilers to include the BMK 750 & 1000. The expanded BMK SERIES (BMK 750 & 1000) delivers the highest burner turndown in the industry to achieve the highest seasonal efficiencies.

The BMK 750 &1000 comes standard with AERCO’s Patent Pending, Oxygen Level (O2) monitoring system. This monitoring system, designed to display the O2 level directly on the unit in real time, can also be remotely monitored via MODbus giving the customer the ability to monitor the boiler performance in the areas of emissions and fuel economy without traditional combustion calibration devices.

Note: The BMK750 and BMK1000 are currently not available for use at high altitude. Testing required to develop high altitude performance data is scheduled to begin on Nov 15th. Upon completion of testing, high altitude performance data will be issued and the product will be released for use at high altitude.

Now, even the smallest hydronic projects will be able to cost effectively leverage the fuel savings and operating reliability of a condensing, fully modulating boiler backed by a market-proven design. In addition, the BMK750 and 1000 require just a 120V of electrical power and 4” gas pressure to operate.

20:1 Modulation Delivers Up to 99+% Efficiency
As a condensing boiler, the thermal efficiency of the BMK750 and 1000 increases when applied in a system that leverages cold return water temperatures. But it's the unit's unmatched 20:1 turndown that really maximizes operating efficiency and seasonal fuel savings. Comprehensive tests are being conducted to confirm the unit's efficiency over its entire 50,000 to 1 million BTU/hr. operating range. The initial boundary tests indicate that efficiency up to 99+% can be achieved when the unit operates at its lowest firing rate (5% input) with 60°F inlet water temperature. Even at full fire (100% input) the BMK750 and 1000 delivers 87.2% efficiency.

Compact, Easy-to-Apply Design
Measuring only 79" high x 28" wide x 25" deep, the BMK750 and 1000 fits easily through a standard size doorway and occupies a very small footprint. And it fits the most challenging projects as easily as it fits the smallest mechanical rooms. The BMK750 and 1000 boiler supports sealed combustion, ceiling/sidewall venting and low gas pressure applications. Ideal in low flow applications, the unit operates with a small water side pressure drop. From a controls standpoint, the unit's C-More control system can be integrated directly into a facility-wide Building Automation System via Modbus and is fully compatible with AERCO's Boiler Management System II (BMS II) for multiple unit installations.

Standard Controls Package
TheAERCO C-More™ Control Package supports constant set point, remote set point and/or outdoor reset schedule for individual boiler operation. Offers step-by-step diagnostic menus and status displays to help users set controls and check faults. More than 40 distinct messages, written in easy-to-understand language, convey subsystem status throughout the start-up sequence and during operation. The flash-upgradeable platform can be remotely monitored, controlled and upgraded via Modbus protocol using the RS-232 or RS-485 connection. The system provides failsafe and independent operation in the event of external building control system failures.
