    Aerated autoclaved cellular concrete blocks GASBETON® EVOLUTION are an innovative produtct that anticipated today performance in past building, from acoustic, mechanical and fire-resistance standards.They can be used for internal partition walls and for external infill walls, even for structural masonry walls too (in low hazard seismic zones, like 4th Italian seismic zone). With a dry density of 480 kg/m³, aerated autoclaved cellular concrete blocks GASBETON® EVOLUTION offer a dry thermal conductivity equal to 0.11 W/mK, in order to satisfy standard requirements in all climate zones.

    • STRATIGRAPHY:
      Aerated autoclaved cellular concrete blocks GASBETON Evolution system for internal partitions allows to combine an excellent mechanical resistance with an excellent thermal and acoustic performances. The Evolution block with a dry density of 480 kg/m³ offers a dry thermal conductivity of 0.11 W/mK to satisfy the code requirements in all climatic zones. GASBETON Evolution system for partition walls is formed by the following stratigraphy:

      • 5 mm skim plaster with Incollarasa and glass fiber mesh “rete da intonaco GASBETON”
      • GASBETON blocks
      • 5 mm skim plaster with Incollarasa and glass fiber mesh “rete da intonaco GASBETON”

      The masonry is also composed by a vertical stratigraphy, at the base there is mortar “GASBETON Multimalt”, above them there are the blocks and at the top there are 15 mm of foam “Adesivo GASBETON”. Inside the Revit file there is a second row of walls (on the right) which differs from the first due to the presence of the first hydrophobic wall row (IDRO block) with relative mortar “Malta ancorante IDRO” instead of the classic mortar “GASBETON Multimalt”. It is preferible to use these walls for infills placed on the screeds or on the foundations, since these walls inhibit the transmission of any rising damp from them.
