The EC200, a steel two-sided door, features a core of polystyrene insulation laminated between two high-strength 26-gauge steel skins. EC200 is available in six colors, two panel styles and optional windows to meet the need of any application.

    QuickDock™ Solution

    Raynor’s patent pending QuickDock is engineered to decrease downtime and increase safety during repairs and maintenance. It comes complete with preassembled, palletized sections and the counterbalance assembly is mounted only 16” above the header. QuickDock is available on orders of 36 doors or more.

    Polystyrene Insulation & WeatherLock™

    Expanded polystyrene insulation provides good thermal efficiency. An Arctic grade bottom weatherseal keeps out the elements resulting in a 10 R-Value*.

    Track, Springs & Hardware

    Raynor EnergyCore Series doors come packaged with the right combination of track, springs and hardware to precisely match your door’s size and application. A QuikClip™ pre-assembled track option is also available.

    Gunite Surface Texture and Decreased Groove Spacing

    EC200 comes in 2 panel styles, flush and pencil groove, with decreased groove spacing for an updated, refreshed look.

    Window Options

    Select either 24″ x 8″, 24″ x 12″, or 34″ x 16″ and choose from a variety of glass options to suit any application.
