Flexible installation and optical system performance makes Kalos and effective solution for lighting urban spaces and pathways.
#Kalos system
[1] The Kalos fastening system can be installed in an UP configuration (post top or supporting arm) or DOWN configuration (suspended from an arm, on suspended string, or ceiling-mounted).
[2] Discover the other versions of the Kalos system.
#Flexibility
Kalos Pole-side is available with either two or four arms. The four-arm version can offer a more classical shape when equipped with a decorative upper cover.
#Light quality
[1] Kalos is also available in 2200K, a very warm white, similar to old sodium lamps but with a high colour rendering index. The warm light makes urban spaces more welcoming and is ideal for lighting ancient villages and historical centres.
[2] A single Kalos with patented “front &back” optical system can replace two light fittings because it generates a double photometric solid that can light the road from one side and a cycle path or pedestrian area from the other side.
#Attention to detail
[1] The optical compartment is separate from the component compartment for better thermal management and to avoid access to the optical unit during installation.
[2] Kalos ensures proper thermal management without the use of visible heat-sink fins.
[3] The top surface of the body is convex to prevent the build-up of dirt, water and snow.
[4] The product has been designed so that it can be separated into its parts to reduce the size of the packaging and optimise both storage and transport.
#DURABLE
The product is robust and reliable. Components, materials and finishes have been chosen to last a long time and resist corrosion, voltage surges and impact.
#REPAIRABLE
The optical unit and the power supply and control unit can be replaced for maintenance and to update the product in order to extend its service life.
#ENERGY SAVING
The efficiency of LED optical modules plus multiple luminous flux adjustment options and adaptive lighting systems.
