FR_VMBSO_Green roof_Membrane Resitrix EPDM
Green roofs have many advantages to combat soil waterproofing, reduce heat islands or fix polluting particles but also to improve the comfort of residents.
Resitrix offers three solutions for green roofs:1- Resitrix SK W Full Bond consists of a top layer of EPDM with internal fiberglass reinforcement and covered with TPE. It has a self-adhesive SBS modified bitumen underlay. It is a root resistant membrane, ideal for extensive and intensive green roofs, eaves and gutters. In renovation, it can be used on an old bituminous surface. FLL certified and compliant with EN 13 948.
2- Resitrix MB: In case of vegetation, application of an anti-root membrane +The seam joints must be doubled. A decoupling membrane (300g/m²) must be added if the green roof system does not include it.
3- For non-FLL membranes, an FLL anti-root waterproofing sheet must be added
