Check valves are mainly used are mainly used in the public and private water network, allowing for the circulation of the fluid only in the direction set by the device, avoiding the liquid from flowing back in the opposite direction, this way contact between water systems is avoided, automatically closing should there be conditions for a reflux.

The spring shutter lifts up, opening the valve, at a minimum pressure of 25 mbar.

Tiemme check valves satisfy the requirements set by the norm EN 1717 and are part of category 2 for the risk of water contamination.Check valves with shutter, Female thread connections UNI ISO 228.
