Equipped with access ports, doors, heating and humidification systems, temperature and oxygen controllers, physiological monitoring system and a mattress. Used in the intensive care unit or for helicopter, airplane and ground ambulance movement of critically ill neonates. The services have approved different models and manufacturers. Verify airframe compatibility with Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory at Ft. Rucker or the US Air Force Armstrong Laboratory (AFMC) before purchasing.
