VARIMIX

VARIMIX allows to arrange the mechanical room according to a new concept of space and functionality. This solution gives the opportunity to manage multiple thermal areas with different characteristics as truly independent zones in a neat,rational space, thanks to its modular structure and outstanding installation flexibility. In low temperature kits, the mixer valve is available with different hydraulic features and in 3-way or 4-way versions. By producing a mixture even on the return line, it is particularly suitable for older boilers where the return temperature must not be too low to avoid corrosion. Finally, the “LT” modules are specifically designed for applications with low temperature heat sources (for example, heat pumps).

Distribution and mixing system IVAR VARIMIX for thermal power stations, modular with:
- VAR 00 (cod. 550600): hydraulic separator for VARIMIX system. CB753S brass body. Automatic air vent valve, size 1/2".  Shut-off ball valve with soft-seal fitting, size 1/2". Ball valve with red knob for interception of automatic vent valve with soft seal fitting. Possibility of straight or angular primary outlet. Thermomanometer 0÷120°C; 0÷6 bar on primary outlet. Thermometer 0÷120°C on primary outlet. Peroxide-cured EPDM O-rings. Support made of FeP13 with fixing screws kit. Insulation shell made of expanded polyethylene. Connections: 1"1/4M.
- AC 655 NST (cod. 506407): pair of male-female straight shut-off ball valves with soft-seal union.
- VAR 30 (cod. 550630): modular distribution manifold for VARIMIX system made of CB753S brass. Power supply to distribution circuits upwards or downwards. Complete with shut-off ball valves on the connections to the branches. Support hangers made of FeP13. Insulation shell made of expanded polyethylene. Peroxide-cured EPDM O-rings. Connections to distribution circuits by with soft-seal unions, size G 1"1/4 F, delivery/return centre distance 100 mm. Primary connections size G 1"1/4F, delivery/return centre distance 100 mm. Max operating temperature 0÷120°C; max operating pressure 10 bar; max flow rate 4500 l/h.
- VAR 10 (cod. 550610 - 550610P - 550610PE) – VAR 11: high-temperature direct flow kit for storage heat exchangers. Complete with ball valve and manual air vent valve on heating flow; delivery/return thermometer 0÷120°C; not return valve; fill/drain valve; black insulation shell made of polystyrene. Moulded parts made of CW617N brass; Peroxide-cured EPDM O-rings. Connections to distribution circuits by revolving soft-seal fitting, size G 1"1/4 F, delivery/return centre distance 100 mm. Cod.
