Energy Box Compact - Heating/cooling compsumption measuring, 4-way zone valve

Compact thermal consumption measuring modules equipped with 4-way zone valve, set up for installation of energy meter and volumetric meter. The zone valve is controlled by the temperature control thermostat of the individual residential unit, and this allows complete separation of the thermal zone of each flat on the centralized distribution network. In the models equipped with a 4-way zone valve, the by-pass passage realizes the pressure drops when the 4-way valve is open, so as to stabilize the operating conditions of the centralized system. Furthermore, to facilitate the balancing of the condominium distribution system and to avoid any problems of poor service caused by the greater transit of fluid in some modules to the disadvantage of others, a calibration and balancing gate valve is supplied installed on the fluid flow line in the housing in order to guarantee the transit of the design flow for each individual residential unit.

Device designed for the accounting of thermal energy consumption (heating and cooling) for a single building unit, assembled in a galvanized metal box L = 600 mm for masonry recess, with a white enamelled frame and door, and a key lock. Composed of: - Zone valve from DN 20 to 4-way with by-pass passage operated by a servomotor powered at 230 V 50 Hz - Filter for collecting impurities DN 20; - DN 20 ball valve with tail piece; - Calibration DN 20 gate valve and heating and cooling circuit balancing
