    Aerated autoclaved concrete blocks GASBETON ENERGY were created to meet, with a very simple solution, at the increasingly demanding buildings, offering masonry that with a single process ensure compliance with the most stringent requirements in terms of thermal performance, both winter and summer, already at starting from a thickness of only 30 or 35 cm depending on the climate zones. The goal is achieved thanks to a construction system that involves the use of aerated autoclaved cellular concrete rectified blocks, to be laid with a very thin layer of adhesive mortar (1.5 mm thick), while minimizing laying errors and thermal bridges.

    • STRATIGRAPHY:
      GASBETON Energy system can be used as infill for buildings in which the best ratio between thermal and acoustic performance is to be obtained, thanks to a low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.08 W/mK). GASBETON Energy infill system is formed by the following stratigraphy:

      • 2 mm silicate colored silicate / siloxane
      • 5 mm skim plaster with “Multiraso esterni” and glass fiber mesh “rete da intonaco GASBETON”
      • 15 mm “Multicem” 
      • GASBETON blocks
      • 5 mm skim plaster with Incollarasa and glass fiber mesh “rete da intonaco GASBETON”
      • 2 mm “Multiraso interni”

      The masonry is also composed by a vertical stratigraphy, at the base there is mortar “GASBETON Multimalt”, above them there are the blocks and at the top there are 15 mm of foam “Adesivo GASBETON”. Inside the Revit file there is a second row of walls (on the right) which differs from the first due to the presence of the first hydrophobic wall row (IDRO block) with relative mortar “Malta ancorante IDRO” instead of the classic mortar “GASBETON Multimalt”. It is preferible to use these walls for infills placed on the screeds or on the foundations, since these walls inhibit the transmission of any rising damp from them.
