KONDENSA: suspended modulating and condensing heaters with low Nox emissions and efficiency of up to 108%. The LK series Kondensa heater features: - High quality materials, such as AISI 441 stainless steel, pre-painted panels and state-of-the-art electronics; - Pre-mixing combustion systems, with extremely low levels of pollutant emissions; - Innovative and efficient production systems; - Reliability and safety guaranteed by 100% factory testing. Technical characteristics - Power ratings of 5 kW to 97 kW. - Sealed combustion circuit. - Combustion chamber in AISI 441 stainless steel, heat exchanger tubes and flue gas collection box in AISI 441 stainless steel with low carbon content. - Efficiency up to 108%, based on net calorific value (Hi). - Modulating premixed gas burner with low NOx emission in class 5 in accordance with EN 1020 2009. - Microprocessor-controlled electronic board with continuous power modulation, which provides for an energy savings up to 50% with respect to traditional suspended heaters. - Excellent reduction of air stratification. - Use of a sophisticated air/gas mixing technique that renders the heater entirely safe. - Safety thermostat and condensate detection electrode. - 230V single-phase 50Hz power supply. - CE approval in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Specifikation

Condensing hot air generator with direct air/air exchange with premixed natural gas or LPG gas burner, with continuous modulation of the thermal power. Sealed combustion circuit. The Kondensa LK series generator features: - Combustion chamber in stainless steel AISI 441, with low carbon content, suitable for operation in condansation. - Safety thermostat supplied as standard. - Condensate drain siphon with electrode for clogging detection supplied as standard. - Electronic card controlled by microprocessor, which allows energy savings up to 30% and efficiency up to 108.4% (Hi). - LCD interface panel with temperature management, ignition, regulation and parameterization functions of the gas module. Conversion kit for LPG gas supplied as standard. CE approval. Appliance type B23, B23P, C13, C33, C43, C53, C63, in compliance for construction and purpose with the Gas Appliance Regulation 2016/426/EC, the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, the requirements of the ROHS Directive III 2015/863/EU, the requirements of the ROHS II Directive 2011/65/EU, the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 014/30/EU and the requirements of the ErP Regulation 2281/2016/EU. Certified welds according to: EN ISO 15614-1 Qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - Welding procedure qualification tests, EN ISO 15613 Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - qualification based on pre-welding tests production, EN ISO 9606-1 Specification and qualification of welders for fusion welding of steels.
